All over the world, there have been men who have abused positions of power. There still are people/countries in power who continue to do so.

Unfortunately, a person who orchestrated extremely grave crimes against humanity used this whilst committing his deeds. The Western world associates this symbol with hatred and horrors. The Eastern world has always associated this symbol as the polar opposite. As the symbol was born by the peaceful religions of the East, I will always consider it as such. It features no swords, no wild animals, no images of force or destruction unlike many symbols people use around the world.

Arguing about skin colours? Skin colours are nature’s way of protecting you from the sun. The hotter the country, the darker the skin of the indigenous people. It’s such perfect common sense it’s almost absurd to have to mention it. A fair skinned person in a land where the sun is strong will not survive, this is what nature does best. it prepares it’s sons and daughters for the planet. They adapt to the changing conditions, or they perish.

As far as religions.. such man-made concepts are control devices with good intentions. However, there will always be the greed of another to interpret and manipulate the pure words of his brother.

This earth we live on is beyond comprehension. For such an incredible and developed species.. we are the ONLY ones who seem hellbent of ruining it all. When this beautiful world comes to and end, it’s only then that mankind will realize what a marvelous thing it had and wasted.

I think that man is fully aware of what shirt he is wearing and all that it represents. It’s a device for humour and he is aware of the irony of the situation (ie. black guy in a shirt displaying the motif of a white power organization). It’s sort of like homosexuals taking back the term ‘queer’ by using it positively.
I, for one, think it’s hilarious.
I’d wear the shirt too, if it weren’t for my epithelial shackle (I’m white, people would take that the wrong way).
To be honest I think this picture represents just how far the healing process has come.
I’m not suggesting that we forget that it ever happened (denial of the holocaust is a crime in Germany, to this date), only that we learn from it and move on.
